We are initiating a Federal Court action to disqualify and / or remove Donald J. Trump from the presidency of the United States Pursuant to Alexander Hamilton's Federalist Papers #68 - The U.S. Constitution Article 2 Section 1 and Article 12, US Ray v. Blair 343, 124 (1952) - The Emoluments Clause - And for having invited, facilitated, and / or cooperated with a foreign power, namely the Russian government and its agents [Wikileaks] to influence an American election in violation of law.  WE ARE DETERMINED TO WORK TO BRING ABOUT AN ACCEPTABLE SETTLEMENT TO THE 2017 PRESIDENCY THROUGH OUR COURT SYSTEM IN DEFENSE OF THE AMERICAN DEMOCRACY AND FOR THE PROTECTION OF THE PEOPLE  On December 2016, the 538 Constitutional Electors from U.S. States and the District of Columbia will meet to vote to elect the 45th president of the United States who will be sworn into office on January 20, 2017. As of December 15th, Hillary Clinton maintained a popular vote lead of 2.1 percent with a vote of 65,756,948 for Clinton to Donald Trump’s 62,913,088.  We are announcing the filing of a Federal Court action to disqualify and / or remove Donald J. Trump from the presidency of the United States, pursuant to Alexander Hamilton's Federalist Papers #68, the Emoluments Clause, and for having invited, facilitated, and / or cooperated with a foreign power, namely the Russian government and its agents [Wikileaks] to influence an American election in violation of law.We, The People of the United States, herein announce that under the leadership of our newly-founded American Justice and Democracy Project, representing THE PEOPLE, will be filing a lawsuit in Boston federal court for the District of Massachusetts on Thursday January 19, 2017, against Donald J. Trump and the co-defendants named below. These Defendants are being sued in their individual and official capacities. This action arose as a result of the contestable outcome of the 2016 elections. A press conference will be held in Boston on Friday January 20, 2017 to answer questions. Donald Trump is utterly unqualified to be President of The United States and the leader of the free world, and the consensus agreement among the public at large is that he is temperamentally unfit to be Commander-in-Chief of our armed forces. Trump won the electoral college votes without proper vetting by intimidating and strong-arming reporters and banning media organizations that attempted to conduct reasonably adequate inquiries into his personal finances, and investigate other serious charges about his businesses, his financial entanglements with foreign entities, and disturbing allegations about his personal life. Donald Trump has caused enormous distress, and fear and apprehension to large swaths of the country’s population, by purposefully and repeatedly targeting and attacking various groups and individuals through the use of inflammatory, divisive, and derogatory language aimed at demeaning, demonizing, stigmatizing, and isolating millions of Americans and residents of the U.S, designed to undermine long-established and critical civic and social organizations, and also meant to obliterate traditional American norms, fundamental rules, ethical standards, and codes of conduct, which have been central to the survival of America as a civil society. Donald Trump single-handedly created an atmosphere of confusion and chaos among the electorate in order to rise and attain the office of the Presidency of The United State of America. In doing so, Trump was aided and abetted by parties external to his campaign, and those outside parties contributed actively to his brinkmanship, demagoguery, and arm-twisting to sow sufficient disruption and turmoil to cause an electoral disarray in his favor. In deploying these tactics, Donald Trump was also aided and abetted by certain rogue government officials who violated election laws, government regulations, and departmental protocols in order to achieve the goal of electing Donald Trump. Evidence has surfaced, which shows that foreign actors intervened in the American election in support of Donald Trump, namely Russia’s President Vladimir Putin and / or Russian government-sanctioned hackers working in concert with Julian Assange of Wikileaks to influence the outcome of our election. Evidence also exists, which points to the exercise of undue influence by other forces that also interfered with the election process on behalf of Donald Trump, in violations of election law. This unprecedented, well orchestrated, and coordinated attack on our system of election has left the country in a capricious and unpredictable political state, which Trump continues to aggravate and exacerbate daily during the transition period by exhibiting the same reckless behaviors and flippant actions he displayed throughout the campaign season. Rather than instilling confidence and providing reassurance in his up-coming administration, Trump’s picks of advisers and cabinet appointments comprise of extremists, White supremacists, inexperienced millionaires and billionaires, lobbyists, and anti-government activists for key positions, added to the country’s general and political unease, and feelings of high risk and imminent threat to our domestic economic stability, our national security, and the safety of millions around the world. Finally, Donald Trump’s electoral college vote number remains a cause of concern and continues to be highly debatable, due to the results of recent investigative findings and determinations released by the U.S. intelligence community into links between hostile foreign powers and Donald Trump, his campaign, and his affiliates. SITTING AROUND AND COMPLAINING – CRYING – INDULGING IN FEELING DEPRESSED OR HOPING FOR A MIRACLE TO HAPPEN AND MAKE THE DONALD TRUMP PROBLEM GO AWAY IS NOT AN OPTION. AS FOR REPUBLICANS IN THE HOUSE AND SENATE – THEY TOO KNOW THAT DONALD TRUMP IN UTTERLY UNQUALIFIED TO PRESIDENT AND UNFIT TO BE COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF OUR OUR ARMED FORCES. BUT THEY ARE POWER-HUNGRY AND THEREFORE THEY HAVE CHOSEN TO BE COMPLICIT IN BREAKING OUR ELECTION SYSTEM AND PLACE OUR SAFETY AND SECURITY AT RISKS. IF EVER THERE WAS A TIME TO DRAW A LINE IN THE SAND AND FOR ALL OF US TO TAKE A FIRM STAND TO DEFEND THE FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES THAT MAKE THIS COUNTRY GREAT WE ARE AT ONE OF THOSE JUNCTIONS RIGHT AT ABOUT NOW - I DREW A LINE IN THE SAND AT ALLOWING A PATENTLY UNDESIRABLE INDIVIDUAL TO TAKE THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENCY OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. On December 19th, the 538 electors from around the country will meet to vote to elect the 45th president of the United States who will be sworn into office on January 20, 2017. As of this writing, Hillary Clinton maintains a popular vote lead of 2.1 percent, with a vote count of 65,756,948 for Clinton to Donald Trump’s 62,913,088. Although the media has been wrongly referring to Donald Trump as president-elect, there is no president-elect until such time as the Electors vote by a majority to elect a president. The person elected by the Constitutional Electors then goes on to become president upon taking the oath of office, which is to be administered by the Chief Justice of the United State Supreme Court on Inauguration Day set for he 20th day of January following the election. Considering Donald Trump’s unfitness for the presidency of the United States and his lack of qualifications, the job of the electors to pick a president will not be as routine as in past elections, where the nominees were more or less qualified and fit for office, and the differences were in policies and ideologies. It is against this backdrop that movements have been reported among the Electors since the November 8th election, including a letter on Monday December 12th from a group of 10 members from the Electoral College, 4 of them from the State of New Hampshire, requesting an intelligence briefing from the Director of National Intelligence James Clapper. The constitutional requirements of Hamilton Federalist Paper #68 appears to be at the center of the concerns on the minds of some electors just seven days to their December 19th meeting: “The Electors require to know from the intelligence community whether there are ongoing investigations into ties between Donald Trump, his campaign or associates, and Russian government interference in the election, the scope of those investigations, how far those investigations may have reached, and who was involved in those investigations,” they wrote. “We further require a briefing on all investigative findings, as these matters directly impact the core factors in our deliberations of whether Mr. Trump is fit to serve as President of the United States.” [...] Some Colorado and California Electors have also been reported to be communicating with each other and with scholars and State officials to express concerns www.nytimes.com/… and to inquire further into their constitutional duty in accordance with Federalist 68, especially given that some states have passed laws binding the Electors to vote for the candidate who received the most votes in the Electoral College. However, in this Era of hyper partisanship, we cannot hold hope that the Electors will discharge their duties as per Federalist 68, and not vote to elect Donald Trump for president, knowing full well that Trump is utterly unqualified to be president and patently unfit to be commander-in-chief. Throwing our hands up in the air is not an option. The time to act to protect our individual safety, and America’s interests, is now. & the Signs of an Uncivilized Society Between August 9 and August 20, 2014, America
was treated to the ugliest display and manifestation of the active infestation
of racism in this society. As some segments of the media praised Ferguson police
for showing “restraint” because they did not use live bullets to kill dozens of
demonstrators, apparently something that should have been expected, the emotions mixed with
anger and sadness were raw on Sunday August 24, as one of Melissa
Harris Perry’s guests – Elon James White – recounted emotionally on MSNBC the
heroine experience that he and other demonstrators survived in Ferguson, when
they were viciously attacked with flares and tear gas over several nights of protesting. Tear gas is a nerve agent used as a weapon of mass destruction. A Duke University anesthesiologist explained on Harris Perry's show how the gas works by causing fear, pain, and real panic. It is a nerve agent which is delivered in the form of a toxic chemical explosion, which incapacitates the recipients and by activities the nerve endings in the sinuses and causes a sensation of suffixation. What is clear is that America has so devalued the life of Black African
Americans over the years, through government policies aimed at criminalizing and
incarcerating Black people in mass, especially young Black males, that the life
expectancy of a Black male in the United States today is about 18 years old. Those
policies have primarily been implemented in the criminal justice system as a
means to extend slavery through a managed system of occupation of Blacks, and to facilitate the
denial of housing, employment, social mobility, and the dispossession of basic
rights, such as voting, and the right to life itself. Controlling the movement, activities, and the
lives of Black Americans was made a priority and had been long implemented post
“desegregation” through a variety of means, deriving from the politics of “tough
on crime,” “the war on drug,” three
strikes you’re out,” and “minimum sentencing.” This follows a simple equation,
which politicians – Democrats and Republicans – have helped to promote: Black
people are strange, foreign bodies that are a burden on America and do not
belong in the mainstream of American society. Therefore, if you cannot enslave
them or legally segregate them, the government, using police as a conduit, must
manage them through whatever brutal form of repressive and oppressive means
necessary, including military occupation, in this case a militarized police
force, or even murder. This also makes it easier to deny such group
of people individual rights, economic
mobility, and social equality. Today, Blacks in America still live as they did
under the 1890's Jim Crow laws enacted by Southern States to enforce segregation.
Most Blacks function in American society by trying every day to be compliant
with unjust laws and policies, and to turn a blind eye to blatant acts of
bigotry and discrimination, in order to avoid being a victim of
racially-motivated attacks by Whites or the victims of violence by police, or
the target of more racially-motivated policies by unscrupulous politicians who
commonly use opportunistic tactics to target Blacks to help them get elected to
office. Almost in every election, and as recently as the elections of 2012,
right-wing politicians literally binge on a slew of adverse and damaging
characteristics that Whites in this country have assigned to Blacks for over
four hundred years: they are lazy takers, and criminally-minded people with no personal, professional,
or family values. Those are the same Blacks who were kept working for hours on
end on plantations, breaking their backs to allow this country to be built. Yet,
they survived on little and committed no crime against the criminals who
started trafficking them and held them hostage beginning in the 1600’s. Policing v. - Racial Profiling - Harassment - Crime Creation - Beat Down & Killing: Reasonable People Should Be Able to Tell the Difference - Right! Surely
there was widespread shock around the nation at the response of a militarized
police force against protesters. However, one cannot escape the fact that
polling results released the Pew Research Center show up to 81% of Blacks
believe that the killing of Michael Brown by Ferguson police raises serious questions
about racial tension in America, while as many as 47 % of Whites told the
researchers that the issue of race was getting too much attention in the
killing of the unarmed teenager. Similarly,
while 65% of African Americans responded that the police went too far in their
response to the ensuing demonstration, only 33% of Whites said that the
Ferguson police had gone too far, and 32% said the police had not gone far
enough, and 35% refused to answer. In addition, the results found that Whites
were nearly 3 times as Blacks, 52% to 18% to express confidence in the State
and police investigation into the shooting. A New York Times/CBS News poll
release simultaneously found
similar results. The Toxic Fruits of Centuries of Racism - Prejudice Stereotyping - Scapegoating & Discrimination: MURDER! The perception of Blacks in America as unworthy
of even life, never mind liberty or the pursuit of happiness as stipulated in
the Declaration of Independence by the Founding Fathers, has its roots in
slavery. In order to travel to Africa and kidnap Africans, bring them to the
Americas, sell them into slavery, and treat them like animals, Europeans needed
first to dehumanize them. Once you take away people’s dignity, that is the
little part of God in them that makes us all equal in the eye of the Almighty
Universal Spirit, then the general populace is ready to accept whatever atrocious,
barbaric, masochistic treatment you impose on such people, and any degree of
uncivilized conduct you might engage in vis a vis those people. An example of
this is that many Europeans, such as the Irish, Italians, and others who
arrived in this America far past slavery, and came to this country themselves
fleeing horrible conditions in their homelands, ended up buying into the notions
that Blacks are inferior beings with no innate worth. These false conceptions
were sold supported with fabricated statistics like Blacks are intellectually
inferior, do not feel pain, possess super power, and commit more crime than
Whites (50% of 35 million versus 20% of 275 million). These ideas are still
being pushed today by pseudo intellectuals and morally bankrupt political hacks,
such as Bill Crystal of the conservative Weekly Standard, Joe Klein of the Time
Magazine, George Will of the State of Union, right wing columnist Charles Krauthammer, and plenty of others who continue to perpetuate these myths and
thereby continue to propagate widespread prejudice and discriminatory behavior
toward Blacks. When Blacks Protest - the Words "looters - rioters, animals, and criminals" Are Rapidly Used by Law Enforcement - Officials & Some in the Press to Prepare for Cynical Outcomes [Whatever It Takes] to Coerce Them into Putting Up or Shutting Up In the 1980's and 1990's, both Ronald Reagan and George H. Walker Bush proposed that law enforcement used "whatever measures necessary" to end protests in Black communities. Last week saw many analysts and commentators,
as well as politicians, question and decry the militarization of police in
America. Although this phenomenon escalated after the attack on the World Trade
Center by Al Qaeda on September 11, 2001, this militarization of police, the
terrorizing of the civilian population at the name of the war on drugs, the breaking
down of doors of houses inhabited by women, children, the disabled, and the
elderly, and the military-style raids and warrant less stop, searches, and false
arrests, have all taken hold in American life right under our noses over the
past three decades. Following September 11, and as America’s wars in Iraq and
Afghanistan wined down, both Democrats and Republicans approved a Pentagon
program to pass on excess war equipment, including high powered weapons,
armored vehicle and tanks to police forces all around the country. In 2012, State and local police received 35 Billion dollars from this program, and 2013 assets from Homeland Security to militarize State and local police amounted to 449 million dollars. It should
not have surprised anyone that the police in one town in America deployed those
weapons on mostly Black protesters in residential areas that are homes to 60%
of Blacks in the town of Ferguson. This could have happened anywhere in America
where there is a large population of African Americans. When Ferguson police
demanded demonstrators clear out by dark, they were essentially re-instating
early and mid-1990 century laws that were enacted to control the movement and
behavior of Black around the country: The 1920 Sundown towns; The 1941 Missouri
6:00 PM Whistle and Twilight (clear out) laws, and similar laws in Minnesota
and California in 1956. In Wisconsin, a “no drought – no mosquito – no Malaria –
no Black” policy was declared. Flash Bombs - Flares - Tanks - Grenades - Tear Gas Unleashed on Demonstrators in America A Scene Unworthy of Iran - China - Russia & North Korea & Most of the Brutal & Repressive Governments in the World The video footage out of Ferguson Missouri over the
course of 11 days was a disgrace for American society, and a complete failure of
leadership at the governmental level. What took place was also a letdown of
epic proportion by today’s Civil Rights leaders who have failed to organize the
Black community, attend to the needs of Blacks in America for economic growth,
social advancement, and a solidification of the progress that was made by
earlier figures and politicians, Black and White, up to 1964. Beginning in the
1970’s, opposing forces doubled their effort to roll back all advantages and achievements that were
made up to the passage of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, championed by President
Lyndon B. Johnson. Blacks were no longer allowed to articulate grievances or discuss the effects of prejudice, racism, and discrimination on their every day lives. As segregation was outsourced to
the real Estate and Housing Markets, Blacks were pushed away into less
prosperous economic areas with non-performing schools deprived of
resources, high unemployment, and dilapidated infrastructures. All legitimate
complaints by Blacks have since been slapped down as “playing the race card,”
and Greater America continued to look upon Blacks as unworthy and undesired foreign
bodies among them. With the rise of the extreme Right Wing, the opposition to
all things Obama within the Tea Party and the Republican Party at-large, the
elections of the first Black American seems to have exacerbated racial animus
in America and rendered Blacks even more vulnerable to abuse and attack and
violent acts in this country. And police has been at the forefront of this
deconstruction of the Civil Rights gains that were achieved in the 1960’s, and
they are generally supported by a segment of the White population that will
express more outrage at the abuse of a dog than the callous and criminal act of
killing a Black human in cold blood. The depravity of racism has left this county mentally unbalanced,
morally unfit, and socially outside the norms of the civilized world. Mimicking
a mental illnesses, the germs of racism have infected the carriers and the
sufferers alike. Forced into poverty and marginalized, or simply in protest,
many Blacks have displayed the very characteristics that were originally
falsely and by purpose attributed to the Black population, and thereby the
establishment of a vicious cycle in a sewer of distrust, hate, and malfeasance,
that has taken hold between Blacks and Whites in America. This pattern will
continue, as the Black population cannot change this alone, no matter how
willing or ready. The knee-jerk reaction by most Whites that they cannot be
racist because they did not live during slavery is patently absurd and
infantile. Even if a person is not a racist, complacency in the face of social injustice is never an option. Anyone who is serious about bringing change and leaving this world
better than they found it must get involved with those who are working to
generate change. White, Latinos, Native American Indians, and Asians, all must join to help turn this around. No government declare open warfare on the people if they march by thousands and millions. We have seen the power of the people around the world when they come together to generate change, many times at the risk of dying. We have witnessed populations standing up and declaring, "We The People" from Egypt to Kiev to Turkey to Pakistan to Brazil. When they French rise they rise together. At this time, the key to ending this old and revolting way of racial hostility and tyranny in America rests firmly in the hands of White Americans as a whole. "As he exited the car, the gentlemen took off running. He was able to follow one of them before he lost him and then found him again as the guy jumped out of some bushes across the street," Lt. Col. Alfred Adkins said. "The officer approached, they got into a struggle, they ended up into a gangway, at which time the young man pulled a weapon and shots were fired. The officer returned fire and unfortunately the young man was killed." “He was unarmed,” a cousin of the suspect, Teyonna Myers, told the Post-Dispatch. “He had a sandwich in his hand, and they thought it was a gun. It’s like Michael Brown all over again.” Berhe Beyent who owns a deli in the area, confirmed that Myers had purchased a turkey sandwich and soda at his store 10 minutes before the shooting. Myers’ uncle, Jackie Williams, 47, said his nephew had been living at his house, which is within walking distance of where the shooting occurred. “My nephew was coming out of a store from purchasing a sandwich. Security was supposedly searching for someone else,” Williams said. “I don’t know how this happened, but they went off and shot him 16 times. Parker, a father of 5, was killed on August 12, 2014, in Bucknell Court in
Victorville in San Bernadino, just 2 miles from his house, when a deputy
sheriff confronted about a call by someone in the neighborhood on suspicion of robbery. A Orville resident told police that a robbery suspect had fled on a bicycle. The police detained Dante Parker reported the Daily Press newspaper, apparently because they found him nearby on a bike. After he was approached by a female deputy sheriff, Parker was tased several
times and was reportedly sweating profusely and having trouble breathing before
he died on the scene. A Taser is a lethal weapon. This would not be the first
time that a person has been reported killed by a Taser. Just as Eric Garner was
given the death penalty by New York police on suspicion of selling “loose
cigarettes” on the streets, and therefore not paying taxes, Dante Parker was
also killed on a vague suspicion of “someone trying” to break into a home, according a
call by a homeowner who could have very well been afraid of seeing Parker near
her own or walking by her home, as Mr. Parker was of a heavy set and dark skin. Mrs. Parker pretty spoke for all people walking
around in Black skin in America when she said this in a press conference outside NAACP offices: "We have hearts. We have feelings. He had a family to come home to," wife Bianca Parker said outside the NAACP offices Tuesday. "He was our provider. He was the rock of our family. I don't want to go through life being a bitter person, but I feel myself having a whole bunch of anger." 25 year-old Ezell Ford was walking on the sidewalk down a Los Angeles street on Monday August 11, 2014, when he was stopped by tow Los Angeles gang unite police officers who decided to stop their car to question Ford about what he was doing. According to press reports in the Washington Post and from the Los Angeles Times, Ford “continued walking and made suspicious movements (which obviously is ground for the death penalty) including attempting to conceal his hands (One of many routine excuses – justification, and lies that police use to get away with murder). The question is, why should Ford have to answer questions from anyone under the color of law for walking down the street? Americans, Black – White, or purple, do not surrender their rights to privacy and to be left alone just because they walk out of their house. Clearly, Ford was being harassed and provoked, and those policemen were on a hunt, knowing that violating the constitutional rights of a Black man in this country is almost expected and accepted by the population. As a result, he deserves nothing more than contempt, for showing himself to be just a token minority being used to fulfill a despicable role in a basket of rotten apples. His chant about "criminal elements," "agitators," and "individuals from elsewhere speaks for itself. People have traveled from all over the country to join protests from years immemorial. These coded terms are routinely used by the world's worst dictators to justify killing their own citizens. None of This Type of Tactics Have been Required of Protesters Comprised Primarily of Caucasians. {Police Demands, and Orders, had never been required of violent abortion protesters – tea party members’ rowdy protests, or any other protesters - Exhibit A: Cliven Bundy’s armed standoff and his associated armed militia threats to shoot at Federal law enforcement from the Bureau of Land Management (BLM). This happened in Southern Nevada on March 27, 2014]. Note that to this day [day 9 of Michael Brown's shooting by Darren Wilson, no charges have been filed - even though the 2 autopsy reports thus far have indicated that Brown was shot 6 times, the first bullet having being fired by Darren Wilson from inside his cruiser. Added to this several eye witnesses who do not know each other and did not know the murdered youngster, all recounted what they saw, and that is the 18-year old being shot while holding both his hands up, running from the homicidal Warren Brown, and being shot twice in the face.  THE MEDIA is inept, lazy, bias toward police, and have demonstrated little intellect, with some exceptions. They have abdicated their role as independent arbiter to check and balance in government [Evidenced by shows, such “law & Order – Bad Boy Bad Boy – America’s Most Wanted – Nancy Grace and others”] Some of these shows could be useful, as Black people, too, are victim of crime every day in every city and town. The problem is that the hosts of these shows do not show objectivity and journalistic ethics, allow themselves to get carried away, and make no effort to avoid stereotyping and stigmatizing Black. Therefore, they almost always slant their shows in support of police or simply report nonsensical and blatant lies that police choose to tell in their best own interests. They routinely in their report make police look like super hero facing great dangers from hardened criminals [Black people]. In reality, the data from the 2012 National Census of Fatal Occupational Injuries s Show that police did not make the 10 most dangerous job and occupational hazards in the U.S. Reference: [www.Newsfeed.time.com]. Nonetheless, the myths about police jobs being at the top of the most dangerous have been fed to the citizenry who bought it wholesale and swallowed it whole. The media in this country is directly responsible for this campaign of mass distortion. Those who perpetuate this myth should hang their heads in shame. On August 14, 2014, while Ferguson police were on a rampage and rioting one local reporter filing his report live live to his television station. That reporter lied live, saying that the demonstrators were “throwing Molotov cocktail, bottles, and rocks at police at police,” therefore that act by protesters triggered police’s war zone response. That was an unmitigated lie, as there were videographers filming every angle of the occurrences for historical Archives. And nowhere in those videos can anyone see demonstrators doing nothing, but holding their hands up and chanting “We are unarmed” or something to that nature. That reporter was evidently lying, and he, too, should hang his head in shame. Watching the entire event unfolded all night-long, I, too, saw no protesters doing any such thing. After following this police riot without any provocation, I became so disgusted that I stopped watching any show where I knew this would be covered. Those shows include, but are not limited to: Comedy Central – Up with Steve Kornacki [Saturday from 8:00 AM EST to 10 o’clock AM. I also did not watch (as I typically do – Melissa Harris Perry from 10:00 AM to 12:00], Alex Witt and any shows that followed both Saturday and Sunday. As a matter of fact, I chose to spend the entire 2-day weekend working on my website. This yellow journalism was even more evident on MSNBC’s Chris Matthew’s Hard Ball when he interviewed an Israeli Spokesperson. Not only did Matthews agreed and supported every statement the man made, he went out of his way to drag down the Palestinians because they had the nerve to exercise democracy and chose to elect Hamas. In response to what has been unfolding in Ferguson, some in the media grabbed onto common century-old myths: Black people are violent, they steal, loot, and riot; they are monsters and criminals - sub-humans, illiterate former slaves who do not belong in this county, and therefore, whatever police do to them is well deserved, and it is to protect the rights of White citizens. Why is it so difficult for anyone in the press and the greater media with half of a brain to understand and accept that, when people are oppressed, abused, marginalized, discriminated against, and feel targeted, and are made to feel vulnerable, they will resist; They would not be humans if they did not, as any lack of resistance to this type of egregious, horrendous, and outrage treatment would suggest the absence of, or an erosion of our survival instinct, as well as the human being's need for respect and dignity. Having refused to watch this sham of travesties wrapped in charades that the media and press call news and serious reporting, we woke on Monday August 18, 2014 to the shocking news that Ferguson Missouri – again – went up in flame the day before, Sunday August 17, 2014. This time it happened under the so-called new leadership of Captain Thomas Jackson, a Black law enforcement officer. In response to this news, the media pounced on another myth: "the looting, rioting, violence, and chaos by Black people myth." MSNBC Joe Scarborough on his “Morning Joe Show,” surrounded by his “Yes” guests – regular or otherwise – was the offender in chief. But this type of unethical and bias media production will not last for long. We will see to that, because when people are being murdered, oppressed, and targeted with weapons of war, as far as we are concerned all the funny bologna media bets are off. This is to say that under those circumstances, people do have the right to riot, as rioting and chaos are the direct result of built-up anger and frustration, and by-products of feeling and/or perception of being put at risk or in danger. Those reactive behaviors, which were deliberately provoked by Ferguson police, are also legitimate expressions such anger and frustration. Consequently, the events in Ferguson should be laid right at the feet of Ferguson police and Missouri officials and not on the shoulders of the demonstrators. SOME AMERICAN EXCEPTIONALISM! The reasons that the press and the media at large are failing so miserably to report the news without coloring it and reporting every lie that the police feed them, plus stories not supported by the evidence, is because reporters are terrified at the prospect of losing their jobs, and commentators are afraid not to be called back as consultants, which would result in negative effects on their freelance income. As for television show hosts and reporters, as well as news print journalists, they are compelled to report this type of event with colors, as they could be fired if they do not comply with the narrative of portraying Black African Americans as lawless people, regardless of the fact that Black children, husbands, wives, brothers, sisters, friends, and cousins in that community are racially profiled, abused, harassed, framed, beaten, and murdered by gangs of “police” every day under the color of law. Considering all of this, the media, President Obama, and the press must stop their unethical alliance and the promotion of police as good guys and super heroes. These groups' allegiance should be with the people, particularly when they are being murdered and grossly abused. State: The Unnecessary Killing Of
Palestinian Civilians by Israel & Israeli Prime Warmonger Benjamin Netanyahu It is nearly
impossible to find more than a handful of people in the media or in politics in
this country who would dare to speak the truth about the atrocity that is being
perpetuated in Palestine by the State of Israel, more specifically by Israel
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. There is great fear over the town on this
issue. The media is lazy, ignorant, and cowardly repeat whatever verbiage a
politician chooses to spew about the Israeli Palestinian conflict. A look at
the trend, more like a tradition when it comes to this debate, suggests that jobs,
career, elections, status, and reputation may be at risk for walking outside
the “the Israeli people’s security is being threatened and Hama is a terrorist organization
line.” But even worse, there is always the potential of being called anti-Semitic
and getting blacklisted just for refusing to go with the war hawks. However,
it would be absurd and an offense to those who suffer the pain and injury of
anti-Semitism to treat critiques of Israel’s inhuman policy in the West Bank
and Gaza, where people are starving and dying unnecessarily, as enemies of
Israel. After all, Moses said to the Pharaoh, “Let my people go!” But nowhere
do find him say, let my people go so they can oppress and terrorize their
neighbor. The partitioning of the land by the British in 1942 to create the
state of Israel notwithstanding, the Jews did arrive in Palestine from Egypt.
Therefore, they were bound to have them as neighbors and it was up to Israel to
nurture that relationship. We will never know how things might have gone, will
we, had the Israelis not thought that somehow they were the chosen people? The
only people that God, as the creator, an entity from which all things derive
and which created men at its own image, decided to make [the Israelis] the
chosen ones! The American media and politicians must decide between their friendship
for Israel and their conscience. It would make some sense if they were to work in
the pursuit of strengthening both.  For over 40
years, Israel has occupied the West Bank and Gaza. During that time, the
conflict between the Israelis and Arabs has seen a war in 1947, 1948, 1967,
2000, 2006, 2008, 2012, and now in 2014. In reality, not including the 1947 and
1967 wars, which involved Arab fighters and Army from the Greater Middle East,
including Syria and Egypt, what the world has witnessed, time and time again,
has been an unleashing of some of the most lethal weapons of war by the Israelis
against rock-throwing Palestinians, for the most part, youths. Israel
shamelessly engages in wholesale mass-assassination of civilians on a notion
that the Palestinians reject Israel’s right to exist and that the Palestinian
leadership consistently sends rockets raining down into Israel. In effect,
whether it is Hamas now or Fatah in the West Bank or the PLO (Palestinian
Liberation Organization) under Yasser Arafat, the chairman of the PLO, the
Palestinians can hardly shoot straight. Most of their so-called missiles
routinely land in deserted area, and for every 200 to 500 missiles they fire,
one or two might land in an Israeli neighborhood. That does not make the
killing or maiming of any civilian right, but for every Israeli casualty, the
Palestinians burry 200 to 500 of their children, wives, fathers, sisters,
brothers, cousins, and uncles. That is what asymmetry and lopsidedness are all
about. Some call this type of heavy-handedness overkill, while others would
refer to it as criminal.  Time and time
again, the Israeli government lies to the world about “targeted operation,”
when in fact, those international reporters who risk their lives to cover the
real massacre in the occupied territories witness apartment buildings, schools,
hospitals, and mosques in crowded residential areas being demolished, and women
and children running for their lives and cut down by Israeli rockets, armored tanks,
and battle ship artilleries, supported by bombs dropping overhead by gunship helicopters and fighter
jets. And the world has become so used or perhaps resigned to these images that
the statistics of 131 dead Israeli children for 1,161 Palestinian children plus
1,134 Israeli adults for 7,428 dead Palestinian adults in 2000 have resulted in
the death of disgust, outrage, and condemnation. The West Bank,
including East Jerusalem, has a land area of 5,640 km and 220 km on the northwest quarter of the Dead
Sea. It has an estimated
population of 2,676,740.More than 80%, about 2,100,000 of the
population are Palestinian Arabs. The Gaza Strip is 139 square
mile, about 360 km2, with 1, 7000,000 inhabitants, most of whom live in a very
dense area in Gaza City. 40% of Palestinians are under the age of 14 and more
than 70% are under the age of 35. Last week, international journalists
witnessed the dreadful situation of children playing on the beach as Israeli
gunships fired shells killing four boys, around the ages of 7 to 9.The practice of collective punishment is
criminal and insane in a world that should, at this time, be striving for some
level of civilization. Certainly, the Israeli’s hands are strengthened by their
partner in crime, the United States of America. According to Washington Report
on Middle East Affairs, between 1949 and 1997 the United States aid to Israel
amounted to $84,854,827.
Journalistsresource.org tallied “the Bush administration aid to Israel in 2007 to have been a 10-year, $30
billion military aid package that raises Israel’s annual FMF grant from $2.55
billion to $3.1 billion. In 2010, “The United States and Israel announced that
Israel will purchase 19 F-35s, the fifth generation stealth aircraft considered
to be the most technologically advanced fighter jet ever made, at a cost of
$2.75 billion. They will be paid for entirely using FMF grants…. As part of the
F-35 deal, the United States agreed to make reciprocal purchases of equipment
from Israel’s defense industries estimated at $4 billion.” In 2012 Israel’s
portion of the total FMF account of the U.S. was 60%. Time and
time again, Israel has engaged in massive destruction of the Palestinian homeland, through an immoral
collective punishment policy. In August 2008, Israel and the United States officially signed a
‘project agreement’ to co-develop the David’s Sling system. David’s Sling, also
known as Magic Wand, is a short/medium-range system designed to counter
long-range rockets and slower-flying cruise missiles fired at ranges from 40 km
to 300 km. As President Obama proudly stated in a press conference from the
South Loan this week on the current Israeli invasion into Gaza, The United
States has provided Israel with “The Iron Dome,” a missile defense system,
which has been increase to a total of nine in order to protect Greater Israel. The
fiscal year 2013 budget request “included $3.1 billion in Foreign Military
Financing [FMF] for Israel and $15 million for refugee resettlement. And the
U.S. Department of Defense budget for 2013 included $99.8 million in joint
U.S.-Israeli co-development for missile defense. On Thursday June
12, 2014, Israelis teenage students Yeshiva Gil-Ad Shaer, 16, Eyal Yifrah, 19,
and Naftali Fraenkel, 16
were kidnapped late at night from a hitchhiking point in Gush Etzion. The
bodies of the three teens were found in a shallow grave in an open field in the
village of Halhul, and they were buried side by side in the presence of a crowd
estimated in press report as tens of thousands mourners who arrived in large
convoys of buses to attend the ceremony in the Israeli town of Modiin in
central Israel. In a revenge killing, three Jewish Israelis abducted and
murdered a 16 year old Palestinian teenager Mohammed Abu Khdeir,
outside his house in Shuafat
in East Jerusalem on July 2, and Israeli police beat up unconscious a 16 year
old American boy who was spending vacation time with his relative in East
Jerusalem. Following the
teens’ death, the government of Israel blamed the leadership of the Palestinian
in the West Bank, Hamas, for the tragedy, and
the United government asserted Tuesday that it has “strong evidence”
that Hamas was responsible, “culpable” for the kidnapping and the killing of
three Israeli teenagers. The problem with those positions is that no one has
put forth any evidence of such, and Hamas which typically claims responsibility
for such their action, denied any involvement in the kidnapping and the killing
of the innocent youths. Since then, Israel has invaded Gaza and killed over 600
and injured thousands, almost half of those are children and women, and in the
process destroying homes, schools, and hospitals, by the dozens. The truth is
that the United States government, which claims Israel as “its closest ally” in
the Middle East, has lost all credibility in terms of representing an honest
broker in the conflict between Israel and the Palestinians. Even in cases where
Israel blatantly crosses the line and engages in what any objective observer
would characterize as aggression and over the top military intervention, and
war crime for massive killings of thousands of Palestinian civilians, the U.S.
always found one way or another to defend Israel. In fact, any statement by the
United States relating to the murder of Palestinians in the occupied
territories is almost always prefaced or preceded by some lame justification
that Israel has a right to defend its people and territory. Yes, not just
Israel, every country has the right to defend its sovereignty and its
population. We could name dozens of cases where the United States thought just
the opposite. The point remains that no country has the right to occupy,
terrorize, oppress, and kill another country’s citizens and inhabitants at
will, which has been the case in the Israeli Palestinian conflict. The idea
that Israel goes on rampages and willfully and recklessly destroys hundreds and
of Palestinian homes and killing hundreds and injuring thousands of women,
children, and non-combatant men in Gaza is the stuff that genocide is made of. International
humanitarian law prohibits [an] occupying power [from transferring] citizens
from its own territory to the occupied territory (Fourth Geneva Convention,
article 49). The Hague Regulations prohibit the occupying power [from
undertaking] permanent changes in the occupied area, unless these are due to
military needs in the narrow sense of the term, or unless they are undertaken
for the benefit of the local population. “What Hamas is doing very
cynically is embedding its rocketeers, its rocket cashes, its tunnels — these
terror tunnels in homes, in hospitals, in schools, and when we take action, as
targeted as we can, they then use their civilians as human shields,” Netanyahu
added. “So Hamas is both targeting civilians and Hamas is hiding behind
civilians. That’s a double war crime, and therefore all civilian deaths as
regrettable as they are fall on their shoulders.” This is more than a joke;
it is an offense to any one with moral principles, or a conscience. In fact, it
is an outrageous. As human beings on this planet, we all have a responsible to
leave the earth better than we found it for our progeny or simply put those who
come after us. The American president has as much of the Palestinian blood on
his hand as does Netanyahu. The man is a warmonger. Of course, President Obama
can take solace in the fact that he is not the first or only American
presidents who will indelibly carry the blood of innocent Palestinians on his
hands if he continues to go along with the mass murder in Gaza at the hand of
Israel. Those hypocrites seem to believe that just calling every single
Palestinian leader a terrorist will somehow absolve them of their duty to treat
the people of Palestine with human dignity. Palestinians have the same right to
life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness as citizens of every other country.
This sort of callous and wanton leadership is no more dignified or legitimate
than that of the Taliban in Afghanistan, or the so-called militants in Iraq.
Since 1955, the United Nations has passed 77 resolutions condemning Israel’s
actions in the Middle East. Israel has ignored every one of those resolutions,
yet the United States has continued to support all of Israel’s aggression and
unspeakable acts against the Palestinian population. While the U.S. and Israel
would have the world believes otherwise, it is, for the most part, Israel that
torpedoed every peace talk initiative since the Camp David Accords by Egyptian
President Anwar El Sadat and Israeli Prime Minister Menachem Begin in 1978
under U.S. President Jimmy Carter. It was Israel that continued to build
settlements while peace negotiations were taking place, and in so doing, the
Israeli government annexed or brazenly took over more than half of the West
Bank while peace talks were on-going. Anyone who listens and accepts Netanyahu's excuses and non-sense for killing more Palestinians is a fool and an accomplice to murder. |

more than 8 million Americans have enrolled in the Affordable Care marketplaces
during the enrollment period starting on October 1, 2013, and millions more
have received eligibility to receive insurance coverage through Medicaid by the
close of the open enrollment period on March 31, 2014. Since implementation of
the law was put into effect in stages 2 years ago, 2 million Americans who had
been denied insurance for years due to pre-existing conditions, and children up
to 26 years old have been enrolled in health care coverage, bringing the total
number of people who are now covered under the Affordable Care Act to about 10
millions.According to Medicaid.gov, eligibility for Medicaid is
calculated based on a percentage of the Federal Poverty Level or FPL. According
to that office, 60 million of Americans are covered under Medicaid. Those
include children, senior, pregnant women, and the disabled. The Federal Poverty
Level for a family of four was $23,550 in 2013. For over four decades,
politicians debated the rise of healthcare cost in the United States. The debate over the number of uninsured Americans,
which was estimated to be 40 million in 2000, and reaching 47 million in 2008. By
2011, it was estimated that the United State had the highest healthcare cost
with approximately 50.2 million uninsured citizens. Coverage varied from state
to state. Only 12% of the population was covered under Medicare, 13% under
Medicaid, and individual insurance coverage was at 5%, while voluntary employer
contribution to employees’ healthcare covered 54 of working families. According
to various studies conducted by the World Health Organization, the United
States was the only leading industrialized nation that did not provide health
insurance coverage to its citizens. In
1997, during the Clinton Years, the total number of people who died for
lack of medical care was estimated to be close to 100,000 every year.A
2009 Harvard study published in the American Journal of Public Health found
more than 44,800 excess deaths happen every year in the United States due to

- YEA! Before the Affordable Care Act of 2010, Congress passed
several piece meal bills aimed at addressing the abysmal state of health
insurance coverage, the escalating cost of healthcare, and the overwhelming
fraud in Medicare and Medicaid payments to doctors and hospitals. In 1986,
President Reagan signed the Emergency
Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act (EMTALA)
as part of the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA) to
provide emergency health care treatment
to anyone in need, regardless of citizenship, legal status, or the
ability. The bottom line here was to cut down on unnecessary suffering and
premature death due to lack of health insurance coverage, and to allow
undocumented residents to access health services rather than hiding from
hospital and spreading diseases. This was followed by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability
Act of 1996 (HIPAA) signed by President Clinton.The
act was designed to protect health insurance coverage for workers and their
families when they change or lose their jobs. This act required the establishment of national standards for
electronic health care records and national identifiers for providers, health
insurance plans, and employers. This act is also known by the names of its
sponsors as the Kennedy-Kassebaum Act, Senator Ted Kenney (D-MA) and Senator
Nancy Kassebaum (R-KS). This takes us to The Medicare Prescription Drug,
Improvement, and Modernization Act of 2003 and The Patient
Safety and Quality Improvement Act of
2005; both bills were signed into laws by
President George W. Bush. The 2005 bill was meant to encourage reporting
and open discussion relating to adverse or fatal events, near misses, and dangerous conditions
in the healthcare delivery system. The law also established patient’s privilege and
confidentiality, and set standards for patient’s protections and “Safety Work
Product” (as defined in the act). Finally, the Health Information Technology for
Economic and Clinical Health Act, (HITECH)
Act, was enacted in 2009 and signed by President Obama under Title XIII of
the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act to promote and expand health
information technology. During the 2008 presidential
campaign, then Senator Obama campaigned broadly on his plan to enact a health
insurance policy to provide coverage to the 50 million uninsured Americans. The
president often told and retold the painful story of watching his dying mother
struggle with insurance paperwork, more than she was able to die in piece from
the ravage of cancer. The electoral was fully aware of the president’s agenda,
as he retold the story at almost every stop in his campaign. In March 2010,
Congress passed The Patient Protection and Affordable
Care Act (PPACA) and
President Obama signed it into law. Going against the will of its democratic
liberal base that wanted a single payer system, Obama adopted a model, which
had been developed and marketed earlier to Congressional Republicans by the
conservative think tank the Heritage Foundation in a paper published by Stuart Butler in 1989. The “individual

that every American buy health insurance, if they don’t have it through their
work, or pay a penalty. By the time Obama was elected in 2008, Mitt
Romney, the former Massachusetts Governor and 2012 Republican presidential candidate,
had already instituted this healthcare model for all Massachusetts residents. REPUBLICANS SAY - HELL NO! Tea Party Congresswoman Michele Bachmann (R-MN)  But this time, Republicans said, hell no! It was 2010, and
the Tea Party was on the rise; The fever was at a pitch. Suddenly, mainstream Republicans had become

websites, and the merchant of Omaba-derangement and a whole-seller of Obama-dementia
itself, Fox News, as an illegal Kenyan citizen, the devil personified, Hitler
incarnated, a socialist, a communist Muslim dictator, some sort of half human
and half something that was born for one and only purpose, and that is to ‘destroy
our way of life.’ “He does not like America;” “He hates White people;” “He’s

IRS agents will be doing your surgeries, and Obama himself will be deciding who
should be treated for what illness and who should be left to die. So, they
dubbed the law “Obamacare.” House Republicans voted more than 50 times to
repeal, undermine, or kill the Affordable Care Act prior to the implementation of
the last stage of the program, the open marketplace enrollment, which was set
to begin on October 2013. On that day, as the federal fiscal year was schedule
to start and the government had reached the amount of money it needs to pay its
bills, otherwise referred to as the ‘debt ceiling,’ Congressional Republicans
mounted a government shutdown and kept the United States government shut down

public plan or purchase a private health care plan. ·
Make it simple to enroll by providing ready access to coverage. ·
Make it possible for individuals to carry their insurance
coverage from job to job or region to region through the National Health
Insurance Exchange ·
Establish quality standards by requiring insurers report data to
ensure that standards for quality, health information technology and

They construct conspiracy theories, circulate them, and then put them through a
process of mutation and transmutation through a Republican rat labyrinth, and
lost in the state of delusion, they believe hearing the voices of the majority
of Americans cheering them on, when in reality, the sound they hear is that of
their own voice echoing back to them; And this has been known in recent time as
the right wing echo chamber. |

above or mail Form 4868 with any tax amount due by April 15. WHAT IF YOU HAVE NOT FILED
YOUR TAXES IN SEVERAL YEARS If you earn less than $10,000,
expect a refund from the IRS, or simply do not owe the IRS back taxes, you can
file three or more years of taxes without the fear of interest and penalty from
the IRS. Even if you have not filed your taxes in several years, but owe the
IRS money, it is still right and prudent to file your past years to bring your
tax filing status up-to-date. Consult with a tax preparer or a CPA if you are
concerned that you may owe back taxes from several years and had not file. With
the IRS, like with many else, the time to make right and correct any oversight
or error in judgment in now. At a minimum, by filing now, the IRS will consider
your good faith effort and will more readily work with you to arrange a payment
plan that you can manage. But if you don’t owe the agency money, and are only
behind in your taxes, then file all back years and there will be nothing to
worry about. AMENDING YOUR TAX RETURN According to the IRS, if
you realize that you made a mistake or discover errors in your tax filing, you
can correct those mistakes by filing an AMENDED TAX RETURN. There is no need
to file an amendment to correct math errors that you may discover later on your
tax forms, as the IRS will automatically correct those errors for you. As in
the case of math errors, the IRS recommends that you not file an amendment to
your taxes for forgetting to attach, for example, a W-2 or a 1099. In such
cases, the IRS will simply send you a request to obtain those forms and mail
them to the IRS. Use Form 1040X Amended U.S. Individual Income Tax Return, to correct
errors on your tax return. Amended returns cannot be e-filed; they must be done
on paper.  HERE ARE THE STEPS FOR
AMENDING YOUR TAXES1. File an amended tax
return if you made an error claiming your filing status, income, deductions or
credits on your original return. 2. The IRS allows 3
years from the date you filed your original tax return to file Form 1040X to
claim a refund. You can file it within two years from the date you paid the
tax, if that date is later. 3. If you are amending
more than one tax return, prepare a 1040X for each year. You should mail each
year in separate envelopes. Note the tax year of the return you are amending at
the top of Form 1040X. Check the form’s instructions for where to mail your
return. 4. If you use other IRS
forms or schedules to make changes, make sure to attach them to your Form
1040X. 5. If you are due a
refund from your original return, wait to receive that refund before filing
Form 1040X to claim an additional refund. Amended returns take up to 12 weeks
to process. You may spend your original refund while you wait for any
additional refund. 6. If you owe more tax,
file your Form 1040X and pay the tax as soon as possible. This will reduce any
interest and penalties. 7. Contact the IRS any
time for more information, to ask questions, or to get clarification on any
matter relating to your taxes. The agency is there for you. Their telephone
number is 866-464-2050 and they have the capacity to communicate in English and
in Spanish. WHAT IF YOU OWE THE IRS MONEY AND YOU CANNOT PAY OR NEED
MORE TIME TO FILE Whether you are an individual, or a business entity, follow
these tips from the IRS: ·
“File on time even if you
can’t pay. If you complete your tax return but can’t pay the taxes
you owe, do not request an extension. Instead, file your return on time and pay
as much as you can.” Apply for a payment plan using the Online Payment Agreement tool on IRS.gov. You
can also file Form 9465, Installment Agreement
Request, with your tax return. If you are unable to make payments because of a financial hardship, the IRS will
work with you. ·
An extension to file will give you
six more months to file your taxes, until Oct. 15. It does not give you extra
time to pay your taxes. You still must estimate and pay what you owe by April
15. You will be charged interest on any amount not paid by the deadline. You
may also owe a penalty for not paying on time. ·
Use IRS Free File to request an extension. You can use IRS Free File to e-file your extension request. Free File is only available
through the IRS.gov website. You must e-file the request by midnight on April
15. If you e-file your extension request, the IRS will acknowledge receipt. You
also can return to Free File any time by Oct. 15 to prepare and e-file your tax
return for free. ·
Use Form 4868. You can also
request an extension by mailing a Form 4868, Application for
Automatic Extension of Time to File U.S. Individual Income Tax Return. You must
submit this form to the IRS by April 15. Form 4868 is available on IRS.gov.
You don’t need to submit a paper Form 4868 if you make a payment using an IRS electronic payment option. The IRS will automatically process your extension when you pay electronically. You can pay online or by phone. ·
Electronic funds withdrawal. If you e-file
an extension request, you can also pay any balance due by authorizing an electronic funds
withdrawal from your checking or savings account. To do this you will need
your bank routing and account numbers. Visit IRS.gov for more information about filing

Constitutional guarantees are not just words on paper. They are as important -
if not more important - as any part of our body. We cannot afford to waive
them, surrender them, or take them for granted. To do so would amount to a
betrayal of the Founding Fathers and the millions of people who have died to help
establish and protect those rights. Some
mad genius has managed to normalize corruption and criminal injustice, while
serving Americans with a cake baked with the notion that it is OK for law
enforcement personnel to use lie as a weapon of mass destruction. The same evil
genius that normalized corruption had also managed to draw the greater part of
the media into the corruption orbit, thereby using major segments of the press
and government officials as collaborators. In this pathetic militarized police
state -- I mean perverted democracy, a trouble maker becomes anyone who
challenges this absurd and distorted reality that somehow State and Federal
Constitutional guarantees were simply written to make the country looks good
and deludes citizens into a false sense of protection. The truth is, individual
rights must be protected 100 percent of the time. We cannot continue to save
our outrage for beating and murder by police. We need zero tolerance for
official misconduct, abuse of power, and injustice. In
fairness, we have some outstanding law enforcement personnel and public officials,
some of whom are working with me as we speak to bring about change.
Unfortunately, the exceptions do not make the rule, and trying to clean up
corruption in law enforcement and the justice system is near to impossible. In
the hand of humans, power can really corrupt absolutely. However, beginning
with the failed war on drugs and escalating with 9/11, police have made the
biggest power grab in history. This power belongs to the people and should not
be used against the same citizens from whom it is revived. With great power
comes great responsibility, but in this atmosphere, the really fine police
officers and other public servants who perform their duties every day with
conscience and excellence are not able to shine. Therefore, everyone loses. We
need all hands on deck all of the time, all over the country. One
more example of how our democracy has been perverted is in the fact that every
other country, but The United States, recognizes a category of people called
political prisoners (also known as prisoners of conscience, as those are
individuals who get imprisoned for taking stands on the side of rights,
justice, and democratic principles). The reason why we never hear about political
prisoners here in the US is nothing short of Machiavellian. The power base in
the United States has simply made it so that activists who challenge the system
are typically charged with bogus crimes. This ploy not only circumvents the
Constitution and the Geneva Convention, it is also an attempt to bypass the spirit
of those individuals with enough courage, conviction, and determination to
stand up for what is right. But most of all, it automatically isolates activists
from human rights workers and cuts off the kind of support and advocacy human
rights organizations can bring to bear upon the system, as human rights groups cannot
get involved in criminal cases, however phony the charges. The only time human
rights groups can engage in cases having to do with people charged with crime is,
for example, in the case of prisoners of war, such as those held in Guantanamo
Bay, Cuba. I
was compelled to organize this campaign when I placed a non-emergency call to
the Andover Fire and EMT department on Friday February 21, 2014. Without saying
a word, the Fire/EMT attendant immediately channeled my call through the police
department where the dispatcher picked up and started yelling in my ear, “We’re
not sending anyone to your house; stop calling - you already called us at
3:00.” Well, I was on the phone with someone at 3:00. People keep forgetting
that nowadays most of our actions are documented somewhere. Andover public
safety did get an emergency call at 3:00 for an ambulance for my husband. That
call was placed by my daughter. Either way, it was irrelevant whether or not I
did make an emergency call at 3:00 and then called again at 6:00. In fact, I made
that call to their non-emergency line in order to find out where they had taken
my husband. Such a call should certainly not have provoked that type of
hostility. The woman proceeded to tell me to google emergency. I do regret
having hung up without telling her to google corrupt and stupid. In fact,
police are not there just to respond to accidents, crime in progress, fire, or
medical emergencies. Police officers also have a duty to respond to keep the
peace, well-being calls, and other unforeseen events in the community. All
of this happened because I dared to complain and demand answers and
accountability, after certain employees in both departments – particularly the
Fire/EMT department – violated the spirit of the law and the codes of conduct
and ethics, when I sought assistance earlier within that public safety complex.
Nothing can make this right, but it is part of a larger culture of misconduct,
which I have been fighting long before I ever came in contact with Andover
police and EMTs. The problem with trying to stop people on high horses from
running you over is that they will mark you for destruction, because they can
never understand why they had run over so many people before without
resistance. This
episode has brought this fervent democratic supporter to now wonder if the
Party/ GOP, which she had come to despise, might be up to something, in terms
of some of the rant by its members about government and power. What is crystal
clear is that the Libertarian Party definitely has “The Power of The State”
aspect of its ideology right. As a result, I am now looking far and wide for
everyone who happens to believe in those principles that I have outlined herein,
to contribute their voices to this campaign. I am seeking to bring cameras and
lights in front of that complex (In Andover, both the police and fire
departments are in the same building.) to try to figure out what exactly is
going on between those two the departments. I have no doubt that when this
happens, both departments will have their lies tied with nice little bows and
lined up in neat rows, which will make them lies, nonetheless. I, on the other
hand, will let the record speaks for itself. In
this respect, the “so” care about the people crow, major media organizations,
such as The LA Times, The Boston Globe, and the New York Times - to name a few,
and most state and federal government agencies are all failing the smell test
when it comes to doing enough to get law enforcement personnel and the court to
function within the boundaries of the law and ethics. These people have eaten
from the poisoned caked into which our wicked genius has baked 50 percent
misconduct and corruption as just some other ingredients. Who is in a better
position to figure this out and denounce it than someone who happened to have
bought into the notion that those people really stood for all that is right? Credit
to Attorney General Eric Holder for working to make some important changes, but
this lift is much too heavy for just a few scattered people or organizations to
carry. This week, the governor of Arizona, Jan Brewer, vetoed a bill aimed at allowing businesses, such as restaurants and hotels, and even individuals to refuse services to people they believe are homosexuals on the basis of religious beliefs. The bill, which was named "The Freedom of Religion Act" was also known as the discrimination law, a.k.a. the nice shirt - nice shoes, no service law. If signed into law, the bill, which was passed by the all-Republican legislature in Arizona, would have allowed public accommodation discrimination to take place against anyone. There is no doubt that Governor Brewer would have signed this bill into law had it not been for the outcry and protests by corporations and other business enterprises, including Delta and American Airlines, The National Football League and the MBA, Coca Cola, Apple, and more. The question is, where are those businesses and corporations when it comes to misconduct by law enforcement and injustice in our courts? Had those businesses and corporations get involved, stop-&-frisk would not have robbed nearly 1 million of Blacks and Hispanics of their human dignity and rights over a period of 9 years. Businesses cannot be selective when it comes to whose rights they want to help protect. Furthermore, the Civil Rights community, which is stretched to the limits, has worked side by side with the LGBT community in defense of the rights of people to no be discriminated against on the basis of sexual orientation. We need that community to engage and get fully involved with the 100 percent ethical conduct in law enforcement and justice for all movement. Find 2 previous posts on this blog, both of which describe and support my claim that there is some type of corruption
that needs to be addressed within those two departments. Also, browse the
website to understand how far I have gone to support the democrats and
President Obama’s agenda. I will not be able to continue to extend this support
without some tangible assurances that people I affiliate myself with will stand
on the side of justice, ethical conduct, and the protection of rights for all, at
all time, and under any circumstances. This is a drastic step.
Unfortunately, it is one that is necessary to bring these pervasive problems to
the forefront. We all have some responsibility to invest in the Greater Good. I,
personally, feel an obligation to make these issues a priority and continue to
work to inject ethics, morals, and principles into the system. When it comes to
justice and rights, to accept just a certain level of functionality is to tolerate
dysfunction. Reprint this post; email and forward it to their
